These terms cover your use of eloviamedia.com and the Elovia Media client portal. Project work itself is governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence if the two differ.

Using the website

You may browse and share this website for any lawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access areas you are not invited to, or copy its design and content for commercial use without permission.

Client portal accounts

• Portal access is by invitation. Keep your password private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Only upload files you have the right to share. You keep ownership of everything you upload.
• We may suspend access that is being misused or that puts other users at risk.

Our work

The portfolio projects shown on this site were built by Elovia Media and remain the property of their respective owners. Names and trademarks belong to those businesses.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
